The Banana Screen which the shape of screen box is just like a banana, it is a linear vibrating screen with a box type exciter, and the screen deck divide into several zones with different dip angles.

Banana screen is designed by filling banana multi-stage screen decks on the linear screen. A big slope screen deck at the inlet descends step by step in a given quantity angles to outlet ,which can more materials have high screening speed and thinner materials layering through screen deck.Because massive materials pass through slope quickly,this early layering makes fine grain more quickly approach the screen deck and get through gap without barrier,so banana screen has higher screening efficiency and capcacity which is 1.5 to 2 times more than traditional classification screen.
